The Griswald's at the Basketball Game

This story begins with my sister telling me they nicknamed Blakers the "stealth bomber" because of his quiet, sneaky self. Well, keeping up with him is a challenge for anyone including all of his family members. You look up and BAM...he's gone. During Keeley's basketball games we try and tag team so that one of us can see some of the game. Tonight was a fun one. They won the game 24-5 so that in itself brought joy to our hearts. They have only won one other game and Saturday will be their last game. The gym was horrible. You walked up about 8 stairs to the bleachers and then you can go up about 8 more. There was a railing that if you get to close you could tumble about 15 feet to the gym floor. I was nervous the whole time thinking Blakers would fall over the edge. He wanted to go up and down so therefore Kent and I went up and down. He wanted to play basketball in the hallway so we played basketball in the hallway. We were all over the place trying to watch him. The meanwhile, Gage thinks he needs to do everything with us. Up, down, around...you get the point. All of the sudden, I look on the court...the referee has blown the whistle, the game has stopped mid-court, and I see my baby with a basketball in the middle of the court. I look around for his dad, nowhere in site. He was on duty--where is he? Some sweet gentlemen escorts him off the court and here comes Kent. I give him the "where were you look" and he replies..."I had to go to the bathroom." He took his eyes off of him for 30 sec and he managed to get himself in the game. The entire place was laughing and the coaches named him our mascot. After that, we continue with the up, down, around...and Gage falls coming up the stairs, now he's crying. When will this end? He skinned his knees but managed to stop the crying. We seriously looked like the Griswald's. It was hilarious! I thought I better document this just for memories. You just gotta stop and laugh, what else is there to do?
